My name is Ariana Lawson and I am 15 years old.  I have been riding before I could even speak properly.  I fell in love with horses when I first laid eyes on one.  When I was 7 years old, my trainer Kelly took me to my first cross country course.  I must have fallen at least 5 times but came home and proclaimed it to be the best day of my life!  It was from that moment that I decided I wanted to become an Eventer.  My goal for the future is to become an FEI Eventer.  I understand the great amount of work and sacrifice that is needed for me to reach that level of competition and am committed to that goal. When I am not training or riding horses, I run a pet photography business called Pawz Pet Photography.  I use the money from that to pay for the boarding and care of my 16.3h Mustang Jett.  With the MET Program I hope to further my knowledge in Eventing, I hope to meet other people who are also part of the MET Program and learn about their journey as well.
