25 years ago (Romo, John Rodriguez, Victor Nellum & Q Nellum) showed me what Urban Youth work was all about. They helped change the trajectory of my life by building a relationship with me and inviting me into new adventures which ultimately helped me see a world I never knew existed. 25 years later that legacy and passion to build opportunities for Urban Youth continues. The focus remains:

• Establish leaders that build significant relationships with students
• Invite students to go on new adventures that open their eyes to new possibilities. 
• Help them Graduate and build a plan to thrive in a world they never knew existed.
