Immerse yourself in a culinary journey through the heartland at Field to Fork, a unique fundraising celebration of local farms, food, and conservation. Set amidst the serene beauty of Rock Springs Park's sprawling prairie, we look forward to an incredible evening supporting conservation in Southern Illinois!
Join us in your favorite summer denim, plaid, or gingham (or whatever you are comfortable in) and delight your senses with deliciously crafted farm-to-table fare and libations by local restaurants and local farms under the tent, including Schuette Signature Beef, Sugarfire 64 Smokehouse, Junes Breakfast + Patio, Clara B's Kitchen Table, and more.
Featuring live music from Doc Reitz of Bangolicious and special guest speaker, Taylor Keen, author of Rediscovering Turtle Island: A First People's Account of the Sacred Geography of America.
We look forward to welcoming you to the tent for an evening of delightful dining and meaningful conservation!
Tickets are $100 per person or $750 per Table of 8, which includes food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, music, and a community of people dedicated to conservation.

The event will also include raffles (you can pre-purchase raffle tickets or purchase at the event), live auction (items will be listed here soon!), and an opportunity to donate to support critical needs for conservation.
