Faith & Real Life is more than an organization I work with — it’s something I believe in and have seen make a difference in people’s lives beginning with my own.
While Greg and I belonged to the same parish and had mutual froends we had not formally met until... a friend of his needed a skill I had.. and the rest as they say is our story. Soon after that the world shut down and took to the internet to stay connected. Greg was the kind of person that is a natural born mentor. He saw potential in me before I believed in it myself and encouraged me to step out in faith. He asked me to host Coffee and Conversation on Wednesdays and to co-host the Faith and Real Life Podcast. If you are enjoying Millie's minute it was actually the brain child of Greg's from the podcast. He has hosted several of my retreats at the property always with the best accomodations. Everything they do at Trilogy is top tier.. you don't want to do Jesus on the cheap! I also have had the privelage of attending several retreats, spending a solitary retreat and participating in several fundraisers, I was even Volunteer of the year in 2021.
Having had the privilege of being part of the Faith & Real Life team I have been able to see firsthand why this ministry is needed. Through retreats, parish events, conversations, and our online resources, we’re helping people move from simply believing in God to having a real, daily relationship with Him.
We talk about real life, real struggles, real faith — and what it actually looks like to live your faith when life gets messy, busy, overwhelming, or just plain hard.
