  • Crostini with triple creme and fruit butter, fresh fruit

Dinner:

Plated Salad Course-

  • Chopped Cobb with sweet corn relish and mushroom “bacon”, red wine vinaigrette, served with a dinner roll and chive butter…PA mushrooms and Delmarva or Carolina corn

Buffet:

  • Grilled Vegetable Cacciatore on Truffled Grits Cake topped with crispy corn tortilla strips (GF, Vegan) 
  • Roasted Wild-Caught White Fish (Catch of the Day) with lemon-herb butter and charred sweet corn
  • Herb-crusted, Grilled Flank Steak with spring garlic and parsley vinaigrette
  • Roasted Beets with parsley, curry pumpkin seeds and extra virgin olive oil
  • Chopped Kale Salad with sheep's milk cheese, almonds
