I am so excited to be part of this year's event hosted by the Hearing, Speech, and Deaf Center in Seattle. This is an awesome even for deaf and hard of hearing children and their families to connect with each other.
Another reason for this Fun Run is to raise money for schools and programs that support deaf and hard of hearing kids, which is a great cause because if you didn't know, Seattle, WA has one of the largest Deaf and DeafBlind populations in the country! I know!
I really appretiate you just reading this and raising awareness for the Deaf community in Seattle, so thank you again. Please help support them kids and schools and families and Seattle (and me!) by donating what you can to the cause.
