What a tough year it's been... now think of those who had to deal with hunger as well.

The Northern Illinois Food Bank has been responding to the increased need for over a year. For example, from June through September, they provided 9M meals monthly, up 3M meals per month from the same time the previous year.

If you are able please join me in helping the NIFB as I participate in the Fight Hunger 5K/10K for the sixth year! Every donation makes a difference.

Your Donation Makes an Impact:

+ Every $1 donated helps provide $8 worth of groceries for neighbors in need

+ 96% of the Food Bank's resources go to programs that feed families and children (some in my own school district)

+ The Food Bank serves 13 counties in Northern Illinois, providing the equivalent of nearly 220,000 meals each day
