As a mother of three grown children and a grandmother of eight, I am asking for your help. The joy that I experienced as a mom and the elation I experience as I meet each new grandbaby is something I want everyone to experience. I love my babies! All babies deserve to have a better chance to experience their firsts. I believe in babies. They are our future!

I was introduced to Healthier Moms and Babies through a friend a few years ago. She invited me to a breakfast, where the HMB team talked about the great work they are doing for moms, dads, and their babies. Last year, I was asked to join the Finance Committee, and at the beginning of this year, I joined the Board of this great organization. 

The mission of HMB is to "reduce infant mortality and improve the outcome of pregnancy in Allen County by offering health education and case management services to low-income, high-risk pregnant women and their families". Who can't get behind that mission?

Join me, as I work to raise money, for Healthier Moms and Babies. This will allow more babies to share their first smile, first coo, first giggle, first roll-over, first word, first step, and all their other firsts, with the people who love them the most.
