Paws4ever is an animal rescue and adoption center, dog training facility and legacy care program in Mebane, NC dedicated to improving the lives of cats and dogs through adoption, training and education.
Paws4ever is Unique
- We offer a training class for our shelter dogs every week. We believe that a trained dog is more adoptable and more likely to stay in their new home.
- We also offer a robust schedule of classes for the community.
- Our cats live in rooms rather than cages, which creates a more home-like environment, and they enjoy outside time in our protected “catio.”
- All of our dogs have their own rooms, which includes an indoor and outdoor portion. They enjoy free time outdoors throughout the day in addition to numerous walks and nature hikes with volunteers on our 50-acre property.
- We provide a Home Space program that offers our dogs a simulated home environment to learn how to live in a home.
- Our Legacy Care program enables pet owners to designate Paws4ever as caregiver for their pets when they are no longer able.
