 Auction Registration Instructions, Terms and Conditions

 

Registration  

  • To view items and/or receive a bidder number for the Online, Silent, and Live Auction, you must register.  
  • Registration is free, and no purchase is required to sign up.  
  • A payment method must be provided during registration to enable bidding or purchasing. Be sure to fully complete the registration process to avoid missing out on popular “Buy-It-Now” items.  

 Purchasing Tickets  

  • Additional tickets can be purchased after registration.  
  • To purchase tickets, clicking here or navigate to the main auction site menu and select "Tickets."  

VIP Upgrades (Optional) 

  • VIP upgrades are available for purchase once you’re registered.  
  • Please note: The VIP upgrade is a separate purchase from your tickets.  

 

Payment Information  

  • Please consider covering the 2.95% payment processing fee at checkout.  
  • Payments not received by Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM will automatically be processed using the payment method on file, including the 2.95% processing fee.  
  • If alternative payment arrangements are needed, please contact our school business manager, Mrs. Julie Hollis, before this date.  
  • Last Chance Sale will begin February 12,2025 at noon and end February 18, at noon. Payments not received by Wednesday February 19, 2025 at 8 will automatically be  processed using the payment method on file, including the 2.95% processing fee.  
  • If alternative payment arrangements are needed, please contact our school business manager, Mrs. Julie Hollis, before this date.  

Important Policies  

  • Rescinding an auction bid after the auction closes will result in the bidder being responsible for any difference in loss between their bid and the next winning bid.  
    •  Example: If the item was sold for $5,000 and the next available winner takes it for $4,500, the original bidder is responsible for the $500 difference.  
  •  Buy-It-Now items cannot be returned once the auction closes.  

Winners

  • All tickets sales are electronic; a record of your ticket purchase will be used to check you in at the Gala.
  • All purchased items will be available for pickup at Stella Maris Academy on Wednesday February 12,2025 at 12 noon. Any additional details will be sent to winners after the auction concludes.
  • All purchased items will be available for pickup at Stella Maris Academy on Wednesday February 19, 2025 at 12 noon after last chance sale. Any additional details will be sent to winners after the auction concludes.
