At Ronald McDonald House we believe that when a child is sick, the entire family needs comfort and support and that the best medicine of all is having your loved ones close by. We hope you will join us for our annual Footsteps for Families, Walk Over the Hudson and help us raise funds to continue supporting families. Families help us heal, which is why Ronald McDonald House helps keep them close; close to the hospital and close to their child. 

Meet our Grand Marshal Family: The Richardson Family

"Our family has been truly blessed by the support of the Ronald McDonald House over the past 12 years. Chase spent his first year of life at MFCH, along with many additional stays throughout the years. During this time, our hero Chase underwent multiple brain surgeries and faced several life-altering illnesses, bringing countless ups and downs along his journey.

Through the most difficult moments, the Ronald McDonald House has been our comfort, giving us peace of mind knowing we could always stay close to him when he needed us most. In our darkest days, the House brought light by providing a warm, welcoming place to rest, eat, and gather strength—just steps away from the hospital. It has truly been our home away from home on more than one occasion.

The kindness, warmth, and care are felt the moment you walk through their doors. Team Chase proudly walks each year in Footsteps for Families, honoring all that the Ronald McDonald House does for families like ours. Go Team Chase!" -The Richardson Family
