That little cutie right there is my niece Dana. Not only is this sweetie super special because she is my niece, but she has something special that you & I don't - one extra chromosome.

Dana is your typical 2 year old who gets into anything & everything she can. This past June she has started walking & now is running all over the place. It is amazing how quickly she has progressed! Dana says about 20 words & uses signing to supplement her speech. She is one smart little cookie as demonstrated by all the trouble she gets into around the house :)

Dana continues with physical therapy & speech therapy every week. She also has occupational therapy every other week. A major transition will occur in November as she starts early childhood through the Neenah, WI school district. They actually will be starting the process 1st week of September. 

For the past 2 years, our team "Dana's Daisies" has placed in the top 2 as a fundraising team. We would like to thank everyone who has donated in the past & hope you are able to donate again this year! The money you donate benefits local individuals with Down Syndrome as well as assists my niece with all the therapies she receives weekly.
