Hearing the diagnosis of autism begins the journey to see and learn about life from a unique perspective. According to the CDC, 1 in 59 children has autism. Thousands of Minnesota families are faced with the challenges of navigating an autism diagnosis each year. 

On January 30th, our son Rider was given the official medical diagnoses from Fraser; Autism Spectrum Disorder and Global Developmental Delay. We have always known that our son was different from his peers in his very own special way and it is comforting to have the backing of an amazing organization like Fraser to help us navigate this diagnoses and the positive impact that it will have on Rider and our entire family in the future.

Fortunately, evidence shows early intervention can result in dramatically positive outcomes. Given the right tools and support, people living with autism can make great strides at any point in their lives.
