12:30 -- Captain's Meeting (cafeteria)

1:00 PM – Doors Open, Check-in Begins
Come early and enjoy everything the Friendzy has to offer!
Check in, grab food and drinks, explore the silent auction, and enjoy the kids zone with inflatables, face painting, and more.
Don’t forget to take your team photo for bonus points before the competition begins.

2:00 PM – Opening Program
We’ll kick things off with a short program sharing the heart behind the event and how your participation makes a difference for widowed families.

2:15 PM – Round 1 Begins
Teams spread out across the gym to compete in a variety of fun, backyard-style challenges—from cornhole to football toss to ping pong games.
Every point counts—and so does every dollar raised.

2:55 PM – Break
Take a quick break, grab a drink, and get your final bids in before the auction closes.

3:05 PM – Playoffs Announced
Top 10 teams advance to the next round. But even if your team doesn’t make it, you’re still in the game— come RIGHT BESIDE your favorite team and play for them to help them make it to the Top 4!

3:15 PM – Playoffs (Top 10 Teams Compete)
Competition heats up as top teams battle for a spot in the Final Four.

3:30 PM – Auction Closes, Final Four Announced 
The silent auction closes, Heroes Hope Stipend Announced, Top 4 teams announced.
Semi-Final Team Captains make a plea to ask for others to play with their team.

3:40 PM – Semifinals  (Final 4 Teams Compete)
All hands on deck: Everyone in the gym chooses a team and comes alongside them to help them make it to the Championship!
Because that is what we do at WPRP! Everyone participates to help their team of choice make it to the top 2!

3:55 PM – Championship Relay Finals
The top two teams go head-to-head in a fast-paced relay-style showdown to claim the title, Knoxville Village Champs! These teams can ask ANYONE to play for them in the relay.

4:00 PM – Closing Celebration
We celebrate the winners, honor the impact made, and wrap up an incredible day together.
