Let's unite to raise $20,000 to provide fresh produce for kids through Fueled by Fresh! All funds raised support the overall goal of the Live 5 Rise and Shine Summer Food Drive and help provide nourishing meals for kids!
Established in 2020 by former LCFB Board of Directors member Michael Wilson and his wife Pam Wilson, the Fueled by Fresh matching gift challenge supports Lowcountry Food Bank’s ability to purchase fresh produce for mobile food distributions.
Over the summer, with free and reduced-priced school meals no longer available, children risk losing access to nutritious breakfast and lunch meals. Local families who experience food insecurity now face the challenge to fill that gap while school is out. Mobile food distributions meet our neighbors where they are and help fill the summer meal gaps that children and families face. Make a donation, and your gift will be matched up to $10,000 to support local children and families!
