Newport News Fit Body Boot Camp is going PINK in support of the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation, and we're inviting our members, friends, family, and community to join us!

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early if this is your first workout with us.
Members, friends, family, and first-time guests are all welcome. No experience needed!

Recommended donation: $20 per participant
100% of donations made through this fundraiser go directly to the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation.

Monday, October 12 through Saturday, October 17, friends and family are welcome to join us for any regularly scheduled workout!
If you've been wondering what Fit Body Boot Camp is all about, this is the perfect opportunity to come experience it.
Our workouts are only 30 minutes; they're coach-led, and exercises can be modified for different fitness levels.
Members: bring a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor and help us fill the gym with PINK!
