Our team will be conducting benefit concerts in communities throughout Northern Illinois. Of course, Your Free Will Donation at these concerts will make a huge difference to all those in need served year-round by the Food Bank.

Our goal is to do at least 50 such concerts each year, and we're inviting YOU to enjoy them. Here's an example for our next concert:

Featuring Hal Mayer, Pianist and his 50s, 60s and 70s-era selections.

To ensure we don't overbook the room we are asking that people wishing to attend contact our team leader Hal (773-441-3924) to make an advance reservation (just need a name and number of people in your party)

In the latest fiscal year (July 2020-June 2021), the Food Bank has helped provide over 100 million meals to the community.

Please know that your attendance shows us and the communities that you are taking an active role in making a difference in the lives of the thousands of people in Northern Illinois who face hunger every day.

The funds we raise from these concerts, with your kind and generous help and support,  will fill the empty plates of hungry men, women and children all across Northern Illinois. 

  + Every $1 donated helps provide $8 worth of groceries for neighbors in need

  + 97% of the Food Bank's resources go to programs that feed neighbors in need

  + The Food Bank serves 13 counties in Northern Illinois, providing the equivalent of nearly 220,000 meals each day
