Twenty-five years ago, a single visit to a Russian Orphanage created a ripple effect that has changed the lives of over 500,000 children and families worldwide.
That visit opened the eyes of our founders, Terry Baugh and Randi Thompson, to the plight of older children in orphanages and foster care.
It lit a fire inside them to do something to change the outcome for kids who were seen as "too old to be adopted."
And so Kidsave was born.
Today, Kidsave champions the forgotten and overlooked children of foster care and orphanages both here in the U.S. and around the world in places like Colombia, Sierra Leone, and Ukraine.
As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we pause to celebrate how far we’ve come, but more importantly we celebrate the changes still to come and the life-changing work we continue to do.
With your support, we can continue to create generational change. We can champion these kids and help them find a forever family that will care for, support, and love them for who they are.
