I’m thrilled to be participating in the 2026 Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk, a fundraiser to support the bleeding disorders community! All money raised stays within our community and funds crucial advocacy, education, research, and support services. I’m passionate about this cause and need your help!

I am so passoinate about this organization becasue being apart of this community I not only have become the leader/person I am today but have gained so many friends who have turned into family. This orgazaiton provides so many amazing experiences for people of all ages. I have had the oppoertunity to go to our state captiol and advocate for bills to be passed by telling my state representative and senator my story. When a teenager I was able to be apart of our amazing teen group and particiapte in many acitivies from going on a hike/overnight camping trip trip to working together to complete an escape room. I was also able to receive scholorships all throughout my college years to help me continue my education. The last thing and one of my favorite things GBD does is we have a Camp Notaclotomungus in the summer where kids with bleeding disorders can come and be a kid by taking part in multiple different activities but one of my favorites is they get the chance to learn how to self infuse / does thier medication which is a huge achievenment for these kids adnd it always brings a smile to my face. All these things are just a few things that GBD does and we can due to all the help / donations we recieive!
