Did you know that there are over 11,000 homeless people in the Seattle area? With your help, I along with the other teenage board members of the Giving Initiative For Teens (GIFT) are working to lower this number by donating to organizations with the mission of eliminating homelessness in the Greater Seattle Area. Fueled by our Jewish values of responsibility, pursuing peace, and sustainability, GIFT is going to be doing sight visits to different philanthropic organizations and then gifting money towards those that support our mission and align with our values through a grant-giving process.
