Last year I had the opporutnity to rappel the Auto Nation building in downtown Fort lauderdale as a fundraising event for Gilda's Club of South Florida.  It was an amazing experience to go down an 18 story building in a harness.  I love being part of the Gilda's Club community and have decided to do the event again this year.
