Give & Win Raffle Official Rules 

BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT.

1. Sponsor. Crayons and Beyond ("Sponsor") is conducting the Stay Home Give & Win Raffle ("Raffle") in connection with its Give & Win Fundraiser. Sponsor is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

2. Raffle Period. The Raffle begins on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 and ends on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

3. Eligibility. Any person 18 years of age or older residing where the Raffle is not prohibited by law may enter. Employees of Crayons and Beyond and their immediate family members may not participate.

4. Entry. Eligible participants may receive raffle entries through qualifying contributions made during the campaign period. Contribution levels and corresponding entry amounts will be published by Sponsor.

Under current IRS guidance, payments made in exchange for raffle entries are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of any contribution made in connection with this raffle.


5. Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable laws. Sponsor's decisions regarding the Raffle are final.

6. Prizes.

• Two Opening Night Broadway Ticket Packages
• Reds Diamond Club Experience

Approximate retail values will be published prior to the drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Drawing. Winners will be selected by random drawing on or about July 8, 2026. Separate drawings will be conducted for each prize. Winners need not be present to win. Once an entrant wins a prize, that entrant may be removed from subsequent prize drawings.

8. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must claim their prize within thirty (30) days.

9. Prize Restrictions. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Dates and availability associated with ticketed experiences are subject to change.

10. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

11. Publicity Release. By accepting a prize, winners agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

12. Liability Release. Participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Raffle or acceptance or use of a prize.

13. Void Where Prohibited. The Raffle is void where prohibited by law.
