I’m thrilled to be supporting the Global Kids 5K Run/Walk/Push 2026, a fundraiser supporting Global Kids! I have worked with Global Kids as part of their Young Professionals Committee for over 7 years and am continually amazed at the amazing programs (Annual Youth Conference, summer institute with the Council of Foreign Relations, College prep & so much more!) and the community this organization has created.

Join me in sponsoring my #GK5K run (sometimes featuring Kirby like a few years back, pre-baby in our sweaty post-race selfie!) next week to raise awareness and funds for their College & Career Program. Full disclosure: due to a travel conflict I will sadly not be running in the 5K in Queens but will be doing my first post-partum 5K (eek) that weekend to be there in spirit! Your support will give me less excuses to stay home ;)

A bit more about Global Kids: Global Kids' College and Career Program brings essential services like college and financial aid application assistance, college tours, job readiness training, and so much more to youth in NYC and Washington, DC. I am running to support this amazing program at a time when budget cuts threaten services students rely on to ensure they are ready for life beyond high school.

Every donation—big or small—helps me reach my fundraising goal and directly impacts this important cause. Thank you for your consideration and support - it means the world to me!
