Chances are you or someone you know has been affected by breast cancer. Well someone very special to me was affected, my mother-in law, Anne She battled for over ten years and unfortunately she passed away in January 2017. But no matter what treatment she was under going or how she felt, she always showed strength, perserverance and happiness. She inspired me every day to dig a little deeper and try a little harder. So this year, I am walking 44 miles with four other wonderful women, the Sole Sisters, to raise money for Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation. Anne walked this walk two years ago while undergoing treatment and everyday she pushed through and went until she could not any more. These are traits that I will strive to have while participating.
