Hello friend!  Thanks for stopping by my GLOW RUN page.  I'm super excited to be running for the Downtown Rescue Mission this year.  Many of you have been following my health journey over the last few years and have encouraged me and supported me as I made little change after little change, by God's grace, and have now found myself at a healthier place than I've been in years.  This is definitely a season of better health for me and I'm grateful.  I believe that we are blessed to be a blessing to others.  Whether it's money, time, talents, or abilities - those blessings are not just for us - they are for others.  When I slowly but successfully picked up the hobby of running I decided that I wanted my first 5K to be one where I could give back in some way - bless others.  Running for the Downtown Rescue Mission allows me to get the word out about this great ministry that is offering the hope of Jesus to many folks who have struggled with different life issues for a long time.  I would love for you to join me at the run if you are interested.  Registration is only $25 and that goes to the mission because the event has been paid for by generous sponsors.  If you are not available or interested in joining us - please consider a tax deductible donation to the mission.  Thanks for helping me be a part of blessing others!
