Hey everyone,

We just wanted to take a moment to express how much this fundraiser means to us. As some of you may know, we lost our mom, Sandra, to ovarian cancer on January 14th, 2024. She was an absolute warrior, fighting with everything she had until the very end. She won the battle!! No matter what life threw at her, she always held her head high and her spirit unbroken. My mom was the epitome of resilience and taught us the importance of strength and kindness.

This fundraiser isn't just about honoring our mom's memory; it's also about spreading awareness about ovarian cancer. It's a sneaky disease that often gets diagnosed too late, leading to tougher battles. But by knowing the signs like bloating, pelvic pain, and changes in bowel habits, we can catch it early and boost survival rates. And it's not just about awareness – it's about taking action too. That means living healthy, chatting with your doctor about family history, and staying on top of screenings.
