It's time for Hands & Voices MD/DC's virtual 5K! Now through Jan 3, 2026, you can run to support families in the Maryland & DC region with Deaf or Hard of Hearing children.

I wanted to share something that’s really close to my heart. When my son was first diagnosed, I remember how overwhelming it felt trying to find the right resources and community. Thankfully, I found Hands and Voices!

I'm happy and proud to share that as of this year, I became a board member of Hands & Voices MD/DC!

Hands & Voices MD/DC helps families just like ours — giving them the tools, connections, and encouragement they need. This cause means so much to me, and I’d love for you to join me — whether you walk, jog, or run from wherever you are! Every step helps make a difference.
