You are such a blessing from God! I am writing to share a little bit of who I am, and ask for your support in prayer and finances for me as I hope to bring Christ to all that I encounter as a Hard as Nails missionary.
I am Peter Vandal from North Dakota. I grew up in a large family that always put God first in every activity we did. Some activities that I enjoy is anything with the outdoors and people. God created nature for us to enjoy and people to enjoy it within every instance. I watch and see the countless blessings that God has put in my life. I want to leave a Christ like impression with everyone that I encounter.
I heard about Hard as Nails when I was in 6th grade when Hard as Nails Ministry (HANM) put on a retreat in my diocese. Through that experience I learned how important it is to offer my sufferings up to God for others.
Recently I graduated from college with a degree in Automotive Technology. Someday I may start my own auto shop, but right now I feel called to do more with my life. I have an empathetic heart to those suffering and always want the best for each person I encounter. One time recently while praying, I asked God what he wanted me to do with my life, and HANM came to my mind. As I looked into becoming a Hard as Nails missionary, the more I realized what great opportunity it would be. I want to bring the best out of every person I meet. In being a part of HANM, I will be able to evangelize and share Christ with countless souls, and help those suffering by bringing the amazing graces that God has given to all I encounter.
Hard as Nails is on a mission to “Awaken the world to the power of God’s love”. The four pillars of Hard as Nail are evangelization, service to youth, sensitivity to sin and suffering, and building community. No one is called to suffer alone, and Hard as Nails has a great sensitivity to those suffering and walking with them in their sufferings. In being a Hard as Nails Missionary I hope to light the world on fire with the love of God.
I ask for your generosity to help support me on this mission. The cost I need to fundraise to be a missionary for a year is $10,000.
