Friday: Dinner, Bake Sale, & Auction
BBQ Dinner: A delicious, home-style meal! Choose a meat: BBQ Pulled Pork or BBQ Turkey. Served with: creamy potato casserole, seasoned green beans, & warm cornbread. Available for dine-in or to-go! Meals must be preordered by Monday, April 13, 2026.
>Dine-in: Drink choices: tea, lemonade, or water. Prizes awarded to a few dine-in guests. Dine-in
guests can also join in on a fun live auction event during the meal!
>To-Go: Drink: bottled water.
Childcare Package: Available for children ages 3–10 from 3:00pm-5:00pm. During this time, children will enjoy supervised activities, including a bounce house.
>Pickup: Children must be picked up no later than 5:00pm in the Preschool Hallway.
>Childcare: This special package will be offered in lieu of regular aftercare on Friday, April 24th.
Auction: Online silent auction and an in-person live auction. Follow our HCA social media pages & check out our fundraiser page throughout April for previews of auction items! Student artwork will be auctioned off Friday night.
>Register: To participate in the auctions, you need to register through the GIVI app.
>Items available: Wide variety including student artwork, special experiences, themed baskets, & so
much more! A Buy-It-Now board will also be available for select items.
*Please note: live auction only available to those attending in person. The online auction will continue through the Saturday Family Fun Day.
Bake Sale: will be in the Fellowship Hall. Treat yourself to some yummy sweets!

Saturday: Family Fun Day- Silent Auction Continued, Bounce House, Carnival Style Games, Food Trucks
Family Fun Day: Lots of family fun activities like: Face Painting, Bounce House, STEM Robotics, Sensory Bins, Art, Music & more! Location: HCA Gym. Tickets: Available to purchase on site.
Auction: Online silent auction, peruse baskets in-person during Family Fun Day. To participate in the auction, you will need to register separately through the GIVI app.
Food Trucks: Diesel & Dough and Quinn's Coffee Bar
Come join in the fun! Invite your friends, neighbors, and classmates! Food Truck. Online Auction will continue through this event and close Saturday evening.
