The basics.

  • Date: Monday, April 27, 2026 
  • Time: Shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.; see agenda below for additional details. 
  • Location: Suntree Country Club at 300 Country Club Dr, Melbourne, FL 32940. 
  • Parking: Follow the signs for parking and bag drop at your assigned course noted above. 
  • Attire: Golf attire only; no denim allowed. 
  • Payments: We accept credit cards for Power Pack purchases, donations, and on-course activities. The beverage carts ONLY accept cash and drink tickets, they do not accept credit cards. Each golfer receives two complimentary drink tickets to use at the beverage carts; water and Gatorade are complimentary all day from our Hydration Stations on the course.
  • Updates: We will keep your team apprised of any updates during the tournament via text message. 
  • Need help? Visit us at the Welcome Center on Monday morning with any questions you may have. If you need help during the tournament, call/text 786.269.3645. 
     

Agenda.

  • 7:30 a.m. - Arrive at Suntree!
    • Place your bag on your cart.
    • Your cart will be pre-stocked with your swag bag, which includes your Power Pack, drink tickets, course map, and tournament rules.
    • Coffee and grab-and-go breakfast will be available in front of the new clubhouse.
    • The driving range will be open for warm-up (balls provided).
    • Visit the glove fitting areas near the golf carts.
    • Power Packs will be available for $120 per golfer in front of the new clubhouse for those that did not purchase in advance (reserve by April 24 and save $20).
       
  • 8:15 a.m. - Head to your cart for announcements and get ready to go. 
     
  • 8:30 a.m. - Shotgun start
     
  • 1:00 p.m. - Head upstairs for lunch and awards. For players who finish early, food and beverages will be available at 12:30 p.m.
     
  • 1:15 p.m. - All scores must be entered in the Golf Genius app.
     
  • 1:30 p.m. - Awards ceremony (held during luncheon)

Arrival and parking.

  • Follow signs for parking for your assigned course. Drop your golf bag with attendant at bag drop before parking your car.
  • Challenge course parking is located in the far lot, behind the new clubhouse.
  • Classic course parking is in the lot between both clubhouses.
  • Overflow parking is available across the street near the tennis courts.
  • Please try to carpool when you can and arrive early.

Food and beverage.

  • Included with your golf outing are breakfast, lunch, and two drink tickets redeemable at the snack bar or any on-course beverage cart.
  • Please bring cash for additional beverages. The beverage carts ONLY accept cash and drink tickets, they do not accept credit cards.
  • Water and Gatorade are complimentary all day from the Hydration Stations out on the courses.
  • Swag bags placed on your carts will also include some light snacks.
  • Following play, lunch will be available in the ballroom during our awards ceremony, on the second level in the original Clubhouse.

Play is in scramble format. Course rules will be distributed on-site.

** With additional donation to Health First Aging Services, the golf pro will tee off on one hole for you.

Scoring and awards.

  • Download the Golf Genius App on your smartphone to be able to submit the score for your team's round.

  • Use the GGID (Golf Genius Identification) on the bottom right corner of the scorecard you receive at check-in to submit your team's scores. If you have questions while on the course, call the Pro Shop at 321.242.6235.
  • Check your score ranking against other teams on the live leaderboard throughout the tournament.
  • All teams must submit scores in GolfGenius by 1:15 p.m
  • Prizes will be awarded for first through third place for each course.
  • Door prizes and contest winners will be announced.

Inclement weather.

If the course officials decide to cancel the tournament due to inclement weather, we will make an announcement via email and text message by 6:30 a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2026.

Due to course maintenance at Suntree Country Club, there will be no rain date.

In the event of rain or inclement weather once play begins, we will stay in contact with your team via text message with additional instructions.
