In April of 2011, William became a part of a family. He immediately brought joy to everyone he met. There was one problem, he had a hole in his heart between the two large chambers of the heart. The first few months of his life were difficult as he didn't have much strength to eat and grow. Finally in July of 2011, William had open heart surgery to repair the hole at Children's Minneapolis. We will forever be grateful to those at Children's for bringing health to our baby boy. We want to help support other families going through what we went through almost four years ago, so, to celebrate William's 4th "heartiversary" we are walking a 5k and would like you to joing us.
