Interested in joining us a Vendor?

When you participate as a marketplace vendor, you'll connect with hundreds of animal lovers and their canine companions at our Heart & Sole Walk for Animals, taking place at Fort Adams State Park on Sunday, October 20, 2024. This fun-filled event will bring our community together to raise essential funds for the Potter League and enjoy a vibrant day of activities. Registration opens and fundraising begins on August 31.

The Heart & Sole Walk is our largest fall fundraiser, with a goal of raising $125,000 through peer-to-peer donations and sponsorships. By joining us as a vendor, your company will gain valuable exposure to hundreds of Rhode Island and Massachusetts families, while supporting thousands of animals in need. We expect over 30 vendors and sponsors in the Flea-less Market, so be sure to sign up early to secure your spot!

Please download and review the vendor form before registering online. You can choose your level of participation online or complete the vendor form and submit it via email or mail with your payment. Please return the completed registration form and logo no later than September 30, 2024. Submit these to Connie Kile at ckile@potterleague.org or mail to: Potter League Heart & Sole Walk for Animals, 87 Oliphant Lane, Middletown, RI 02842. If mailing the form, please email your logo separately to Connie Kile. To pay online, visit our online payment portal here. All payments must be received by October 1 to be included in the Flea-less Market. Fees are non-refundable.

Sponsors and vendors may only use the Potter League logo with express written permission. The Potter League reserves the right to remove, decline, or prohibit any vendor or sponsor that, in its opinion, does not align with the character of the Heart & Sole Walk for Animals.
