In February 2016, when Quincy Harmon was only fifteen years old, he was diagnosed with bone cancer and spent many hours at Nemours Alfred. I. duPont Hospital for Children.  As you can imagine, hospitals can be uncomfortable and especially if you are sick.

When Make-a-Wish wanted to grant Quincy a wish, he refused to take anything for himself.  He could have used his wish to take a trip, meet a celebrity or create an adventure, but instead he gave back to the kids that needed it most.  Selflessly, Quincy decided to use his wish to create comforable chairs for patients on the Oncology Unit.

In 2018, Quincy's cancer came back.  He never thought he would have to use the chairs he designed for others.  During his wish, Quincy was able to donate 5 chairs to the unit.  His dream is to ensure a chair is in every room.  That's where you come in.

Quincy specifically designed the chairs with high-end features to ensure comfort, ease, mobility, sleak and colors to represent meaning in his family.  Each Q-Lounger costs $3,500 and we have received an amazing donation to purchase additional chairs, but we need 9 more chairs for the unit.  If you'd like to support Quincy's dream, please consider hosting a fundraising event, sending out your own personal link or making a donatoin on this page.  Please click "Join our Team!" and start your fundraising today.

Thank you for all your support in providing needed chairs to kids that have cancer.
