Now, this is a story all about how
My life got flipped-turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute
Just sit right there
I'll tell you how I became a participate in a 5K that year

In Brunswick born and raised
On the computer was where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool
And all shootin some emails outside of the school
When a couple of gals who were up to some good
Started making money for my neighborhood
I got one little wiff and UHM's story got shared
They said 'You're helpin' your community to show you cared'

I begged and pleaded day after day
And most people sent me on my way
Some gave me a flip and then some gave me lip.
So I put my jams on and said, 'I might as well dip'.

First run, yo this isnt bad
Taking names & kicking ass.
Is this what the people of UHM are like?
Hmm this might be alright.

But wait I hear they're competitive & all that
Or is this a type of place that they just sit and chat?
I don't think so
I’m going to bring home the winning brick
I hope they're prepared for the Queen of the Wick

Well, the race 1st started and when I came out
There was Jen who looked ready to run, standing there with my name out
I ain't trying to get passed up yet
I just got here
I sprang with the quickness like lightning, disappeared

I whistled for our team and when it came near
Someone yelled 'Faster than Encompass" and our worries disappeared
If anything I could say that our team was so feared
This race had ended & everyone cheered.

We all came together and was told by a dare,
And yell to the runners 'Yo homies share your flare'
I looked at the Foundation
They were so proud
That a team so amazing brought such a big crowd.
