I’m getting outside for TennGreen’s Hike-a-Thon because sunshine, movement, and a little time off the grid are some of the best mental health tools I’ve got in a pretty challenging world. Every mile I log helps conserve more of Tennessee’s land and water—places that give all of us room to breathe, reset, and keep going. If you’ve ever needed a trail, a river, or just a quiet patch of woods to clear your head, this is your chance to help protect more of it.
