At Emmaus House, every available space is currently at full capacity. Staff must create rotating schedules to determine who can use which rooms and when.
- The staff meeting area is simply an extra room inside one of the residential homes.
- Administrative work is conducted in shared spaces.
- Counseling services are not fully private.
- Youth receiving therapy do not have dedicated, confidential rooms.
This overcrowding creates several challenges:

- Scheduling conflicts for staff.
- Disruptions in residential homes due to meetings and office activity.
- Reduced availability of therapy spaces.
- Increased stress for both staff and residents.
Because of these space limitations, the quality and consistency of care is impacted.
To solve this problem, Emmaus House needs a dedicated administrative building.
