In 2023, I ran UTMB and with the generosity of many of you - friends, family, and supporters - we raised $4,000 through H4H to help build a home for a family in Uganda. I learned many things from crossing the finish line at UTMB ’23. But one of my biggest takeaways was just how meaningful an impact the solo act of running can have when you include others in the journey. 

On September 18th, I’ll take on the Grindstone 100 Mile hoping to finish after a previous DNF and to complete my 15th 100-miler. Once again I’m aiming to raise $4,000 to build a home for a family in need. It’s a privilege to challenge myself with these difficult races, and it matters to me to make an impact through them. Every donation, large or small, helps to turn these 100 miles into a safe and lasting place for a family to call home.
