This is our first year walking in memory and honor of my sister, Sylvia Ahr, who passed away from ovarian cancer in August 2010. We have gathered every year since; including during Covid-19 when we were 6-foot away from each other!

Please consider making a donation so we can find a cure for ovarian cancer!
My sister, Sylvia Ahr, was diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer in 2007 and succumbed to it in August of 2010. I learned so much about ovarian cancer when she was diagnosed and before her diagnosis I had no knowloedge of it nor the symptoms (aka "the silent killer"). I continue to share the symptoms with anyone who will listen. I also support the Teal Toes Organization which encourages people to paint their toes teal for the month of September (Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month). With your teal toes, it is a great way to start up a conversation and share information about ovarian cancer.
Any donation or support you can make is greatly appreciated. And, maybe you will decide to polish your toes teal each September!
