Ms. PacMan Cancer Chompers

Since 2015, the Ms. PacMan Cancer Chompers have been showing up at Rosland Park in Edina for the MOCA Teal Strides Walk. We started this team with a simple mission: to chomp away at ovarian cancer, mile by mile, dollar by dollar. Over the last eleven years, this walk has become the heartbeat of our friends and family's support for the women affected by this disease. 

This year, on Saturday, September 19th, our mission is more urgent, more deeply personal, and more critical than ever.

We walk with fierce determination for Becky Drexler. Becky is currently facing her second recurrence of this relentless disease. She is fighting with everything she has, and because she is fighting, we are fighting. We want Becky to look around on September 19th and see an unstoppable wave of teal standing right there beside her.

We also walk in enduring, loving memory of Connie Dahl who passed away from ovarian cancer in 2017. Connie’s grace, strength, and vibrant spirit are the foundation of this team. We carry her in our hearts every single day, and we refuse to let her legacy stand still.

Our goal this year isn’t just to participate—it is to make a massive, unforgettable impact.

The Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA) relies on Teal Strides to fund critical research for early detection, better treatments, and ultimately, a cure. It also provides a lifeline of support for women and families navigating a diagnosis right here in Minnesota.
