This year I have the exciting opportunity to once again volunteer at Hope Heals Camp!
Hope Heals is a ministry that provides rest and resources to individuals and families affected by all types of disabilities. There are no limits. This is the only camp that accepts any and every disability you can think of!
This ministry has a super special place in my heart because it helped me overcome the hardships surrounding my physical limitations. I’ve learned that you don’t have to wait to celebrate— you can rejoice now in the midst of pain and suffering. I’ve learned to develop thicker skin in moments of difficulty. I’ve learned that joy can be found in the trials life may bring. I’ve learned that there are people just like me that I now get to call family. Now I have the opportunity to help others see this by volunteering!
