Register your team today for Hope on the Slopes!

Teams must be:

  • A group of four participants

  • All members 18 years or older

Team registration is $400. This fee can be covered through donations raised or contributions from team members. All racing fees must be submitted no later than midnight on Sunday, February 8th to be eligible to compete on February 12th.

What is included in a team registration?

Once your team has reached the $400 minimum, each team of four will receive:

  • A complimentary Hope on the Slopes long-sleeve racing shirt

  • Event Ski Tag for all team members which includes a complimentary meal and drink at the event

  • A chance to win one of three titles:

    • Fastest Team

    • Best Costume

    • Most Funds Raised

  • Live music, bonfires, and outdoor winter fun

  • A memorable night of friendly competition, community, and excitement!

  • For all who sign up before 11:59pm on January 20th, they will receive an event stocking hat 

FAQ

  • Does our team need to provide the mattress?
    • No, Bridges of Hope will be providing all mattresses that have a custom cover on them thanks to our Mattress Sponsor, Lakes Awning & Marine. 
  • Will our team get time to practice?
    • ​​​​​​​Yes, practice runs begin at 4:30pm and end at 5:45pm.
  • What will be at the event?
    • Aside from the racing fun, racers and attendees can enjoy live music by AJ Spoff, raffle games, fire pits, and food and drink for purchase from 3Cheers.
  • What should I wear for the event?
    • Costumes are encouraged but not required. This is an outdoor event, so make sure to dress for the elements
  • Who needs to register first?
    • The team captain should register first, and then let their team mates know the team name before they complete their registration as well.
  • What is the fee to race?
    • Each team needs to raise $400 by midnight on February 8th to qualify to race on February 12th. This fee can be exceeded with donations as proceeds will go on to benefit Bridges of Hope's programs. 
  • Who pays the fee?
    • Your team can cover the $400 fee, or you can fundraise the funds by asking your family, friends, place of work, etc. to make up the cost.
  • Can spectators attend?
    • Yes! The event is free to the public to attend.
