On Jan. 7th my heart was absolutely crushed when I learned that my grandson Colt was going to be delivered a stillborn. On Jan. 8th I was privileged to hold my beautiful grandson and love on him before saying goodbye. Taking in the shape of his face( daddy’s nose) and those kissable lips ( mommy’s) and his “giraffe” legs. His beautiful head full of hair with “Irish” highlights . Trying to get in a lifetime of memories in such a short amount of time.Knowing that there are so many families out there with the same broken hearts for their babies that are not here due to being a stillborn or through a miscarriage is the reason I will be putting my tennis shoes on and walking in memory of Colt and his friends. These babies deserve to be remembered everyday and nothing makes us happier than to be able to talk about these beautiful babies !
