Helping folks who haven't the means to access hospice services when confronting the loss of a loved one cannot be measured on the ultimate scale of humanitarian effort. As one with direct experience, having hospice services made the burden of dealing with the emotional and response management details bearable as our family member approched the end of her life.
Hospice of the Upstate seeks out those in need of hospice services who cannot afford them and, using our donations, provides those services.
