After realizing that temperature, humidity, light, and noise were gradually ruining sleep every night with no clear way to measure them, I knew this was a problem worth solving. Hello, I’m Jacob, and this is Restora; a sleep environment monitor.
Restora uses Arduino sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, noise, light, and motion in real time. When conditions become unhealthy for sleep, a blue LED alert activates, and an optional buzzer provides additional notification. Silent mode allows users to pause sound alerts when needed.
