InReach is a small nonprofit with a simple but mighty mission: helping LGBTQ+ people use their phones to find safe, affirming, vetted resources that can be life-saving, including housing, legal and immigration help, medical and mental health care, food assistance, and trans-specific services.

Affirming means more than agreeing to serve LGBTQ+ people. It means respecting their identity, using the right name and pronouns, protecting their privacy, and providing informed care without judgment. When a provider is not affirming, a person may be misgendered, shamed, exposed without consent, or given advice that puts them at greater risk.
