As you may know, I have lived with the chronic pain condition, interstitial cystitis (IC), for almost 28 years now. When I was first diagnosed, the Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA) was a lifeline—they connected me to reputable resources and helped me find a community that enabled me to feel less alone.

I've come a long way in my journey with IC. There is no cure for this condition, but I have found ways to cope with it and achieve things that were once unimaginable for me.

On August 7, 2025, I will toe the start line of an incredible challenge—my first 200-mile race. In honor of all the ICA has done for me, I would like to raise $2,000 by the time I reach the finish line of that race ($10 per mile). Can you help me get there?
