Have you been to JA BIZ Town?  The setting is just like Small Town, USA, complete with actual company storefronts, a Town Square, and even  a guy in a "bucket" working on the power lines!

The best part is that it is a great way to teach young kids a sense of business.  What better way than to actually run a town!
