Good morning, everyone.  It's time for the annual Junior Achievement Bowl-a-Thon, their primary fundraiser of the year.  This year’s goal is to raise over $50,000.

 What does JA do?

Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass is the non-profit local branch of JA that directs community volunteers to teach the principles of economics and personal finance to students in grades K-12.  During the 2016-2017 school year, JA of the Bluegrass involved over 22,500 students in 15 counties.  Its mission to educate students about money and finance goes hand in hand with BB&T’s educational initiatives and community involvement goals. I have volunteered with JA for 20+ years and am committed to this organization.  Will you help?
