Through JA’s programs, students develop life skills, including essential soft skills, that will enable their future financial and professional success. By offering in-person, digital, and hybrid resources, along with virtual volunteer opportunities, JA helps to meet the urgent needs of educators, parents, students, and the community.

Students are given the opportunity to learn about local high-growth industries and careers, and the education required for these jobs, with real insight from industry professionals.
