As many of you already know, my PASSION is Junior Achievement.  I want to say thank you to everyone who has donated to my passion in the past. I am once again in the process of training, this time for my 3rd half marathon for Junior Achievement.  I volunteer every chance that I get, between teaching in my own children's classrooms, at the local high school, at the JA facility and being the liaison between JA and the company that I work for, I see how important these programs are.  I love to be involved with the kids who are out future leaders.  I know firsthand that JA changes students' lives. I am again asking for your support, so together we can empower young people to own their economic success! 

With more than 8,400 community volunteers, JA programs provide sound economic and business programs to more than 160,000 Wisconsin students annually!  Your gift is essential to making JA possible.

For me personally this is a win-win, as a runner, JA Team Achieve keeps me running, keeps my stress low, helps me meet my fitness goals, and most important allows me to raise funds for Junior Achievement, to help students own their financial futures. I am supporting JA and having an amazing time training to run the Lake Placid Half Marathon on June 11, 2017.

New for me this year, I was asked to become the head coach for JA Team Achieve.  As a coach, I will be supporting each of the team members as we go through a training program. We will be working through a weekly fitness program and will be meeting on the weekends to run.  I have also promised to raise at least $4,000 in donations for Junior Achievement.
